5. Service Providers
DivaDash partners with licensed medical professionals ("Providers") who offer aesthetic services through our platform. While we make efforts to verify the credentials and qualifications of our Providers, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or efficacy of the services they provide.
You acknowledge that:
- Providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of DivaDash
- DivaDash does not supervise, direct, or control a Provider's provision of services
- DivaDash is not responsible for the quality, safety, or efficacy of the services provided
- Any agreement for services is between you and the Provider, not DivaDash
6. Booking and Cancellation
When you book an appointment through our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be available at the scheduled time and location
- Comply with any preparation instructions provided by the Provider
- Pay the agreed-upon fees
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
7. Payment Terms
By using our Services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. Fees for services are displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on the service, Provider, location, and other factors.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to process payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to your selected payment method.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DivaDash and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or app. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
